02Questions
Questions sellers ask us
My bike still has a loan running. Can I sell it?
Yes — choose “active” for the loan status on the form. We will go over the outstanding with you on the call and explain the options before anything moves.
What about insurance?
A valid policy makes the transfer smoother. If yours has lapsed, say so in the condition note — we will talk through the options when we call you back.
Do you inspect the bike before the final offer?
Always — and only if the proposed price works for you. Visit the showroom and we inspect the bike together; the final offer follows that inspection.
How and when do I get paid?
Once you accept the final offer, we settle quickly and help with the transfer paperwork. The price we discuss on the call is a proposal until inspection.
Which documents should I bring?
The Registration Certificate (RC), a photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence, the insurance papers, and the lender NOC or loan closure letter if a loan is running or was closed. Bring originals when you visit — we never ask for ID documents online.
